国内外渣油沸腾床加氢技术的比较 被引量:17

摘要 介绍沸腾床渣油加氢技术的特点及国内外沸腾床加氢技术的区别。国外沸腾床渣油加氢的典型工艺为H-Oil技术和LC-Fining技术,二者都使用带有循环杯的沸腾床反应器,区别为前者使用外循环操作方式,后者使用内循环操作方式。国内抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FRET技术使用的是带有三相分离器的沸腾床反应器,该技术克服了H-Oil和LC-Fining技术遇到的设备和操作难题,能有效实现气、液、固三相分离。 The features of ebullated-bed residue oil hydrotreating process and the differences between domestic and overseas processes are introdueed. The overseas typical ebullated-bed processes are H-Oil process and LC-Fining process, both of whiehr apply ebullated-bed reactors with recycle cup. The difference between these two processes is that the H-Oil process, uses external recycle while LC-Fining utilizes internal recycle. The FRET process developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals applies ebullated-bed reactor with 3-phase separator. This process has overcome the difficulties and problems which occur in the equipment and operation of H-Oil and LC-Fining processes, and efficient 3-phase ( gas, liquid and solid) separation is obtained.
