摘要
应用Ansys有限元软件,以中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司提供的焦炭塔原始数据为条件,建立焦炭塔有限元模型并结合在线测试结果,分析焦炭塔各个操作阶段的变形情况和应力分布情况。结果表明:焦炭塔的简体与裙座连接部位是应力集中的区域。X方向、Y方向和Mises等效最大应力和应变发生在筒体与裙座连接焊缝附近。根据分析结果提出了减少应力的措施。
The finite element model of coke drum was established by using Ansys FEA software and original data of coke drum provided by SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Company, and the deformation and stress distribution in different operation periods of coker drum were analyzed based upon the on-line test data. The results show that, the stress concentration is at the connection region of cylinder and skirt of coker drum. The X direction stress, Y direction stress and Mises equivalent stress reach peaks near the weld connection of cylinder and skirt. Improvement measures are proposed to reduce stress.
