摘要
[目的]建立波长切换高效液相色谱法同时测定山茱萸药材中没食子酸和马钱苷含量的方法。[方法]hy-persilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱);检测波长0~6min:270nm,6.01~25min:240nm;柱温25℃;流速1mL/min。[结果]没食子酸、马钱苷在相应的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别103.6%、103.8%,峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.36%、0.65%。[结论]该方法快速、简便、准确、精密度高、重复性好、易于操作,结果稳定。
[Objective] To establish the method for Simultaneous determination of Gallic acid and Loganin in Fructus Corni with switching UV wavelength. [Methods] The HPLC analysis was performed on hypersil C18 column by using gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution; detection wavelength 0-6 min: 270 nm, 6.01-25 min:240 nm; the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃; the flow rate was 1 mL/min. [Results] Gallic acid, Loganin showed good linearity in the correspondent concentration; the mean recovery was 103.6% with RSD=0.36%, 103.8% with RSD=0.65%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate, repeatable and simple for analysis of Fructus Corni.
