摘要 镰孢菌属是一类生态系统中广泛分布、种类丰富的真菌,扮演着一系列重要的生态角色。然而,镰孢菌属下分类中各个种的遗传多变性,为其在分类学、生态学以及植物病理学等领域的研究带来了困难。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的应用,使镰孢菌在上述几个领域的研究得到了突飞猛进的发展。同工酶分析、限制性片断长度多态性(RFLP)、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)、核酸序列分析法、随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)以及实时荧光定量PCR(Real-Time QPCR)等分子技术在镰孢菌研究中均有应用。表1,参41。 The genus Fusarium is one of the most ubiquitous and abundant fungi in ecosystem and has a wide range of important roles. However, genetic diversity of the species brings difficulties in the investigation of Fusarium in taxology, ecology and plant pathology. Recently, following the development of molecular biology techniques, there have been explosive advances in the above-mentioned domain for Fusarium. This paper presented a review on the applications of the molecular biology techniques, including isozyme analyses, restriction fragment length pelymorphism (RFLP), amplified restriction fragment polymorphism (AFLP), sequence analyses of nucleie acid, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), denatured gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and Real-Time quantitative PCR in the Fusarium research.
