摘要
建立白腐真菌J610-D与苋菜红的共培养体系,研究培养参数对染料脱色降解的影响。结果表明:(1)在含缓冲成分的系统中,菌种J610-D在pH值4.5的培养液比pH值3.0有利于反应进行,浅层培养较深层培养好,缓冲成分差别的作用不明显。(2)在不舍缓冲成分的系统中,生长与反应阶段培养液均为pH值4.5时,效果最佳;生长于pH值4.5,反应在pH值3.0脱色率和降解率高于生长及反应都在pH值3.0的情况,但仍有25%~40%的苋菜红牢固地结合在菌体上;pH值4.5生长,pH值6.0反应,导致反应启动滞后约4~6d,最终结果尚好。
A co-cuhivation system of J610-D with amaranth dye was established for studying the effects on culture parameters on decolorization and biodegradation. The results showed that in a reaction containing buffer, the ability of strain J610-D with cul- ture liquid at pH 4. 5 was more favorable than that at pH 3.0. The shallower culture was better than the deeper one, but the differences in buffer components were not significant. In a reaction without buffer, the best results both for growth and degradation at pH 4. 5 was used achieved. Culture liquid with pH 4. 5 for growth and 3.0 for degradation was better than that with pH 3.0 for both growth and degradation,but about 25 -40% of Amaranth remained tightly bound to the fungal mycelia. A retardation of reaction for 4 -6 days resulted from fungus' growth at pH 4. 5 and degradation at 6. 0.
