摘要
介绍了一种用微胶囊取代染色助剂的清洁染色新技术即以形态稳定的控释性微胶囊代替传统工艺中的胶束.染料的低溶解度和微胶囊的控释作用即可保证染色的均匀性.因此,传统工艺中所用的分散剂、匀染剂等助剂成为多余,并通过聚酯纤维染色实例证明了这一技术路线的可行性和现实性.把纯分散染料微胶囊化,再把微胶囊分散染料直接投入染浴对纤维制品染色,在染色结束时,染浴中仅留有极少量溶解单分子染料,纤维表面也仅残留极少量吸附染料(浮色),其他多余的染料则全部留在微胶囊内很容易被除去,染色排出的废水总量为零,同时也免除了染色以后水洗的全过程.展望了该技术在活性染料对纤维素纤维及其与聚酯纤维混纺品染色方面的应用前景.
A new clean dyeing technology of substitute microcapsule for dyeing assistant was introduced, ie, The controllable releasing microcapsule with stable morphology substituted for micelle in conventional technology. The low solubility of dye and controllable releasing effect of microcapsule could ensure the levelness of dyeing. Accordingly, the dispersant, leveling agent and other assistants used in the conventional technology became redundant. The feasibility and realizability of this technical line was approved by the example of polyester fiber dyeing. Pure disperse dyes were microcapsulated and were directly input into the dye bath to dye fibers. There were only minute quantity of single molecular dyes in the dye bath when the dyeing finished. There were also minute quantity of absorbed dyes (loose color) on the fiber surface, other redundant dyes were remained in the microcapsule, which were easy to be removed. The total waste water discharge from dyeing was zero. At the same time, the total washing steps including the reduction cleaning were avaided. The application prospect of this technology in reactive dyed cellulose fiber and its blend with polyester fiber was also viewed.
