摘要
介绍了转炉厂二次烟尘的产生,并提出了治理二次烟尘的技术措施;通过烟尘的工艺参数、风量的确定,除尘流程的分析,确定除尘器和风机参数;经除尘后烟气排放质量浓度≤30mg/m3,操作现场含尘量达到国家标准。
The generation of secondary dust and smoke in converter steelworks of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Corporation was introduced, and the collection technology and measures for the control of it was suggested. Through the confirm of process parameters of the flue gas and the air quantity and the analysis of dust cleaning cycle, the parameters of dust catcher and fan were defined. The dust content in the off -gas after dust collecting is lower than 30 mg/m3 and the dust content at the operation site can meet the national sanitation standard.
