通过收集装置第1运转周期的能耗数据,结合装置设计数据和标定数据,对1.2Mt/a连续重整装置的能耗进行了详细的分析,总结了已采取的有效节能措施,并提出了挖掘节能潜力的进一步设想。
Through setting up the energy consumption data of the first operation cycle, combining of the design data and calibration data, the energy consumption of ZRCC 1.2 Mt/a continuous reforming unit was analyzed in detail, effective energy-saving measures were summed up, and the assumption of excavating energy-saving potential of device was given.
