摘要
采用分组实验的方法。观察了FDP对PFK活性和骨骼肌线粒体形态的影响。结果显示,FDP可加快PFK活性的恢复,减轻运动中血乳酸升高的程度,促进肌糖元的恢复,并能维护肌线粒体的正常形态结构,有利于连续力竭性运动后机能的恢复。
By experiments in different groups, the effect of FDP on PFK activity and skeletal muscle mitochondria morphology is observed. The results indicate that FDP could speeden the recovery of PFK activity, decrease the level of the blood lactate concentration, promote muscle goycogen compensation, protect morphological structure of muscle mitochondria and help the recovery of performance after exhaustive exercise.
