摘要
研究绿原酸(AC)在不同条件下的稳定性。利用紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱法测定不同条件下50%乙醇溶液中AC的含量,比较含量变化。影响CA稳定性因素由大到小依次为:氧化剂、温度、日光;氧化剂使CA的不稳定性增加;在pH=3的条件下,氧化剂对CA含量影响明显变小,CA的含量在4天内仍大于90%。
The stability of Chlorogenic Acid (CA) under different conditions was studied. UV spectrophotometry and RP - HPLC were used to determine the content of CA with 50% ethanol as the extraction solven. The order of factors that affected the stability of CA was oxidants, light and temperature. The oxidants had great impact on the stability of CA. Under the condition of pH 3, the oxidants had less effect, and the content of CA was still more 90% in four days. It provided a reference to extraction and analysis of the CA and production of CA.
