"读者第一"天经地义,但"馆员第一"也必须提倡,图书馆馆员的工作积极性可以通过根据性格、知识结构调整岗位;提升图书馆文化;建立激励机制和协调机制等方法来实现.
"Reader first" is considered perfectly justified in library service, and "Librarian first" should also be advocated. Librarians' working enthusiasm can be aroused by adjusting their posts according to their personality and knowledge structure, improving library culture and setting up incentive and coordinating mechanisms.
