摘要
针对克拉玛依油田克浅十采油站稠油破乳温度高的问题,设计合成了系列原油破乳剂。在现场进行了性能评价,讨论了破乳剂相对分子质量和结构对性能的影响规律。结果表明:针对克浅十稠油,在脱水温度为70℃、用量为150mg/L的条件下,破乳剂JL17在120min时的脱水率达到80%以上;与现场破乳剂相比,脱水温度降低了10℃,破乳剂用量降低了50mg/L。
A series of demulsifiers were prepared for heavy crude oil emulsion of Keqianshi oil extraction plant in Karamay oilfield. The performance test of demulsifiers was carried out in plant site, and the relationship among molecular weight, structure and performance of demulsifiers was discussed. It was shown that the dehydration ratio of JL17 reached 80% when the temperature was 70℃, the concentration was 150mgL-1, and the test time was 120 minutes. In contrast with the demulsifier in use, the dehydration temperature and the dosage of emulsion breaker were brought down by 10℃ and 50mgL-1.
