摘要
韩国是跆拳道运动的发源地,也是世界跆拳道实力最强的国家。韩国跆协一贯注重通过改革创新推动本国跆拳道的发展,目前他们就规则进行了包括改变场地形状、缩短消极判罚时间、重新整合仲裁体系、增加难度技术分值、更改加时赛规定等5项创新,使跆拳道技战术体系及其运用发生了重大变化。新形势下,中国应学习韩国跆协的创新经验,尽快适应新规则、发展新技术、丰富新的战术风格打法,进一步增强我国跆拳道运动员的竞争力,为今后在比赛中占据优势提供基础和保证。
South Korea is the birthplace of Taekwondo and the most.powerful countries in the world. South Korean Taekwondo Association has always put emphasis on promoting the development of national taekwondo through reform and innovation. At present they conducted five innovations about rules, making taekwondo technical and tactical system occur major changes. Under the new situation, we should learn the experiences of innovation of South Korean Taekwondo Association, to adapt to the new rules, and to develop new technology and to add new tactical style as soon as possible, which can enhance our taekwondo athletes＇competitiveness, and provide the basis and guarantee for an advantage in competition in the future.
