从理论上分析内蒙古林区经营模式在实践中的优势及实施中的不协调因素(如低效的产品差别化、市场对接脱节等),并依据内蒙古森工集团的实际情况提出构建有执行力的团队、推进科技创新等具有可行性的对策。
This article analyses the operation advances in practice and incompatible factors, such as, the ineffective products differences and the buying and selling out of joint in the market. The writer also proposes some practicable measures according to the practical condition of the forestry engineering company in Inner Mongolian, such as, building team with execution power, promoting innovation of science and technology.
