微波辐射阴离子插层类水滑石及其阻燃性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用在微波辐射条件下共沉淀法合成得到一类不同酸根插层Zn-Mg-Al阻燃类水滑石,并将获得的五种阻燃类水滑石与LDPE制成复合材料。用XRD、FT-IR和热分析表征样品进行。热分析结果表明:3#酸根插层Zn-Mg-Al阻燃类水滑石(3#样品)对LDPE的热氧分解试样的阻缓效果最好,热分解温度宽度达119.69℃。将3#样品与日本、韩国及国内共5种阻燃用水滑石以及Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2进行对比,发现样品/LDPE重量比为40/60时,3#复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)达到29;水平燃烧通过FH-1级;最大烟密度仅为0.24,抑烟效果好;无滴落且生成结实的残余炭层,这类水滑石可以单独作为一类高效阻燃消烟新型阻燃剂。 A kind of different acid radical intercalation Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcites are prepared by coprecipitation under the microwave radiation, then the received 5 genus of hydrotalcites were blended with LDPE, the compounds are preparated. The samples were analyed by XRD, FT-IR and thermal analysis. The results of thermal analysis showed that 3^# acid radical intercalation Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite (3^#) has excellent effect on the thermal decomposition of LDPE, and the temperature width of thermal decomposition come to 119.69℃ . Contrast 3^# sample to the different hydrotalcite flame-retardant which collected from Japan, Korea and domestics, as well as Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2, the LOI of 3^#/PE(3^#/PE=40/60) is the best, which up to 29, the horizontal flame retardant lest of it passed FH-1 grating, the smoke is little. Maximum smoke density (Dm) of the compound up to 0.24, the smoke suppression effect was remarkable; Also, the resulting solid charcoal layer don't drippage. Accordingly, this kind of hydrotalcite has the functions of flame-retardation and smoke elimination, which may be used as a new high efficiency flame retardant agent.
