摘要
研究了吸附条件对粘胶基活性碳纤维VACF氧化还原吸附Pd2+的影响结果表明Pd2+的初始浓度、固/液比、吸附液的pH值,以及吸附温度都明显影响VACF吸附Pd2+的数量.用NaOH或NaAc来调节pH值,会出现一个吸附量最大的最佳pH值;而用NH3·H2O来调节pH值,则只能发生物理吸附.
The effects of adsorption conditions, which influence upon the redox adsorption of activated carbon fiber (VACF) towards Pd2+, were systematically investigated. The experimental results indicated that the adsorption capacity of VACF towards Pd2+ significantly depended on the concentration of Pd2+, the ratio of solid/liquid, the pH value of adsorption solution and temperature. The adsorption amount and the adsorption rate increased with the increase of concentration of Pd2+ and the increase of ratio of solid/liquid, respectively. An optimum PH with the most adsorption amount adjusted by NaOH or NaAc appeared. But the adsorption field of VACF for Pd2+ was wider in the case of NaAc than in the case of NaOH. If the PH value of adsorption solution was adjusted by NH3·H2O, the VACF only adsorbed Pd2+ in the form of physical adsorption. The optimum reaction temperature was 40℃.
