摘要
本文用透射电镜观察了黑眉锦蛇精子形成的过程.可分成以下四个时期:时期Ⅰ,由高尔基复合体形成前顶体囊泡,并向核移动,至核膜时,核膜凹陷形成电子透明的封闭的顶体囊泡,囊泡底部有一电子致密的顶体颗粒;时期Ⅱ,顶体囊泡变扁平,染色质浓缩成短丝状的染色质纤维,近端中心粒及鞭毛开始形成;时期Ⅲ,核内染色质纤维变粗变长,并沿核纵轴方向排列有序;时期Ⅳ,纵行微管出现,至精子释放前消失,染色质纤维浓缩到最大度而使核呈高电子致密度,终环形成,顶体发育完全,精子的其它部分也逐渐形成,最后讨论了黑眉锦蛇精子形成过程中顶体区变化与其它动物的区别,微管系统存在形式和时间的种的特异性.
The spermiogenesis of Elaphe taeniura was observed by transmission electron microscope. It could be divided into four stage: StageⅠ, preacrosomal vesicle came into being in Golgi complex and moved toward the nucleus. Neclear envelope depressed when it reached the nucleus. An acrosomal vesicle occupied the depression and an acrosomal granule appeared at the posterior part of the acrosomal vesicle. StageⅡ, the acrosomal vesicle flattened and chromatin condensed into fibers like short filaments. The proximal centriole and flagellum appeared. StageⅢ, necleus elongated and condensed and chromatin fibers arranged in order. StageⅣ, the spermatid was increasingly well developed. Longitudinal microtubules appeared around the sperm head and disappeared till sperm was mature. The nucleus was electron dense and the annulus and acrosomal complex came into being. The difference of the acrosomal changes from the other animals and the type and the stage of microtubules were also discussed.
