摘要
目前,中职学生职业能力测评存在测评内容不合理、测评指标和权重确定随意和测评标准模糊化三个方面的问题。因此,制订和完善学生职业能力的评价模型,一要使学校全面、科学、准确地对学生职业能力做出评价;二要通过评价指标导向和评价信息反馈,促进学生全面、和谐、可持续地发展;三要有助于企业提高劳动人事管理效益。职业能力的测评体系可设计为以通用能力测评为主要项目进行开发,同时也建立对专业基础能力和职业岗位能力测评的项目;建立量化的专业技能指标和通用职业能力测评指标体系,应用科学的方法全面确立各项指标,包括专业知识、岗位技能、职业素质三方面的评估标准以及分值比例关系;测评体系的主体要多元化,采取教师、学生、社会相结合的评价方法。
At present,there are unreasonable content, randomness of evaluation and fuzzification of evaluation criteria in the professional competence evaluation of secondary vocational school students. The project of the evaluative system can be designed for the aim of general competence evaluation, as well as the basic professional ability, occupational Status capacity. All kinds of indicators such as the standards and the relation of Percentile ratio can be decided with scientific methods, they include professional knowledge, job skills, professional quality. The subject of evaluative system should be diversified, connected with the teachers, students and society.
