摘要
航空发动机性能评估可以分析发动机健康状况,预测潜在故障。传统评估方法主要通过计算发动机排气温度和燃油流量的变化进行评价,该方法反映的发动机特征信息不够全面。运用信息熵理论和模糊数学理论,通过对某型发动机典型故障进行故障树分析,计算故障征兆及原因的信息熵权值,建立了一个多参数的发动机性能评估模型,并对发动机各类故障原因对整体性能的影响进行定量分析,从而为发动机可靠性控制提供量化参考指标。
Performance evaluation is used to analyze the health statue and forecast the latent faults of aero-engines. A common way is calculate the deviation of exhaust gas temperature and fuel flow capacity, which not fitly reflects the entire performance information. By means of information entropy and fuzzy mathematics theory, the typical faults of aero-engines are analyzed systematically and the information entropy weights of faulty symptoms and causes are calculated, then a multi-parameters performance evaluation model is developed and the effect of engine faults are calculated so as to offer a comprehensive numerical criterion for the reliability control of aero-engines.
