摘要
在乙醇溶液中,以H2O2为氧化剂,以KI/NaAc为催化剂,由甘蔗渣纤维制备羧甲基纤维素.产品有效成分85%~95%,粘度500~800mPa·s,取代度0.65~0.80,氯化物<3%.
Carboxymethyl celluloses were prepared from bagasse fibers via oxidation (oxidant:H2O2), alkalization and etherification (catalyst:KI/NaAc) in the solution of 95% ethanol. The available component and the content of chloride of CMC are 85%~95% and <3%, the substituting degree and the viscosity of CMC being 0.65~0.80 and 500~800 mPa·s.
