摘要
结合某制造厂生产的锅炉高温过热器爆管的3个实例,分析了锅炉高温过热器爆管的原因,认为制造厂在设计制造减温器过程中减温器内套筒拼接时下衬扁钢垫板,在机组运行中扁钢垫板脱落,堵塞高温过热器管,从而造成过热器管局部超温而爆管。建议对类似型号锅炉的高温过热器入口联箱进行内窥镜检查,及时排除爆管隐患。
By analyzing three concrete cases of super- heater pipe rupture in boiler, the cause is found that the flat steel joint bar for connecting inner sleeve of desuperheater fell in super - heater pipe and blocked it during operation of generating unit, resulting in pipe rupture owing to local overheat. This analysis implies there exist mistakes in design and manufacture, and will provide a guidance for relative manufacturer and maintenance.
