大电流窄脉冲半导体激光驱动器的设计 被引量:10

Design of Laser Diode Driver with High Peak Current and Narrow Pulse Width

摘要 设计了一款基于Marx Bank脉冲发生原理的纳秒脉冲激光驱动器。该驱动器电路由两级电路组成,一级为触发脉冲产生电路,一级为纳秒脉冲生成电路。通过装机、调试,测得所得驱动器的最大峰值电流为12.5 A,半高全宽为1.51 ns,重复频率为100 kHz,满足了大幅度纳秒脉冲半导体激光器驱动器的设计要求。 One nanosecond pulse driver based on Marx Bank circuit is designed for driving laser diode perfectly. This drivig circuit includs two groups: one offers the trigger pulse and the other one generates the nanosecond pulse. The measurment results of the nanosecond pulse are as follows: the full width at half maximum is 1. 51 ns, the peak current value is 12.5 A and the repetition frequency is 100 kHz. It is suitable for obtaining shorter optic pulse of the laser diode.
