摘要 通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定湖泊水体中11种痕量元素,考查了方法的检出限和精密度。对武汉市内四个湖泊水样进行了检测,并做了加标回收实验,实验证明使用ICP-MS检测湖泊水样具有简便快速,方法检出限低(0.01~0.2μg/L),精密度好(0.9%~3.09%),加标回收率在83%~110%范围内。 ICP-MS is adopted to determine the 11 trace elements in lake water, for the purpose of studying the detection limits and precision of the method. Under optimal conditions, the detection limits range from 0.01 to 0.2 μg/L, the precisions are between 0.9% and 3.09% (RSD). The 4 lake water samples in Wuhan City are detected,and adding the recovery test of standard addition, whose rates are limited between 83% and 110%. The results reflect that the ICP-MS effects well in determining lake water samples with the characteristics of simplicity, quickness, low detection limit, and high precision as well.
