摘要
以1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和正硅酸乙酯为主要原料,以浓盐酸为催化剂制备了甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂,并对其工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明,其适宜的制备工艺条件为:催化剂(35~38%盐酸浓盐酸)、去离子水、乙醇的用量分别为1.1%、11%、22%(体积百分数),水解反应时间1 h,反应温度在75℃~80℃之间。
Vinyl-substituted MQ silicone resins were prepared by the cohydrolysis of 1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3- tetramethyl disiloxane and tetraethyl orthosilicate. The influence factors to the yields of the MQ silicone resin were also studied. The results showed that the preferable process was: the dosage of catalyst, hydrochloric acid with concentration of 35-38 % was 1.1%(volume ratio). The dosage of de-ionized water and ethanol were 11% and 22 %(volume ratio), respectively. The reaction time was 1h and the reaction temperature was between 75 and 80℃.
