摘要
目的:探讨高血压脑出血(HCH)术后并发症原因及护理措施。方法:对58例高血压性脑出血术后并发症的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:肺部感染22例,上消化道出血10例,再出血8例,中枢性高热9例,高糖血症8例,颅内感染2例,肾功能不全2例,部分患者合并多种并发症。结论:高血压性脑出血术后并发症多、病死率高,术后应积极预防和治疗并发症,对患者实施科学、有效的护理措施,以提高生存率及生存质量,降低病死率。
Objective：To approach the causes and nursing intervention to postoperative complications of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：To analyse the clinic data of 58 patients with postoperative comphcations of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage retrospectively.Results：There were 22 patients with pulmonary infection,10 patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage,8 patients rehaemorrhagia,9 patients with central high fever,8 patients with hyperglycemia,2 patients with intracranial infection,2 patients with renal inadequacy,and part of the patients with more than two of above comphcations.Conclusion：Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients have many postoperative complications and have high case fatality rae. It is necessary to prevent and treat postoperative complications positively, and enforce scientific and effective nursing interventions in order to raise survival rate and quality of life, and cut down case fatality rate.
