摘要
综述了近十几年来BN陶瓷纤维的合成方法,主要介绍了由有机先驱体制备BN陶瓷纤维的合成工艺路线,分别阐述了非氧先驱体法和含氧先驱体法,并简要介绍了各类方法制得的纤维的性能。
Synthesizing methods of BN ceramie fibres in recent more than ten years
are reviewed. Espacially, the synthesizing technological route for such fibres through organic precursor is introduced. The methods of non-oxygen and oxygen-contained precursors are illus-trated respectively. The properties of fibres prepared by various methods are briefly presented.
