本文介绍一种新颖的智能共晶点测试仪。着重阐述其控制原理、硬件电路、软件系统。该仪器测量范围宽、精度高、抗干扰能力强，是冻干制品的理想仪器。
Abstract This paper introduces the intelligent measurement instrument for new eutectic. And expounds emphatically the principle of control and hardware electric circuit and software system. It is measurement range wide and higher accuracy and strong ability to resist interferences, this is an ideal intelligent instrument by eutectic for products being frozed and dried.
