摘要
对β-Ti/TiC梯度材料(FGM)在长时间高温环境下的热扩散进行了数值分析得出随时间增长,β-Ti/TiCFGM的成分梯度分布被破坏:高温侧TiC相富集;低温侧Ti相富集同时热应力会增大,突变趋势也增大。
A numerical analysis has been carried out on the component and thermal stress distribution change in β-Ti/TiC functionally gradient materials (β-Ti/TiC FGM) by thermomigration at high temperature and high temperature gradient. It has been learned that the component gradient distribution of β-Ti/TiC FGM is destroyed, the TiC phase is gradually enriched on the hot side and the Ti phase is enriched on the cool side with the increasing diffuse time. Correspondingly, the thermal stress and its sudden change increase. which will limit the durability of FGM at high temperature and high temperature gradient.
