人工活性骨制造的挤出成形工艺

摘要 人工活性骨制造是快速成形技术在医学领域里的重要应用之一。骨组织外部结构的不规则性及内部结构的特殊性,使常见成形手段难以满足人工活性骨的制造要求。而成形任意复杂结构正是熔融挤压成形工艺的基本功能。但由于骨组织的复杂性,使成形精度的提高还存在诸多问题。该文讨论了扫描速度、挤出速度与成形精度的关系,并就如何提高成形精度进行了讨论。 The artificial activated bone manufacture is an important application of rapid prototyping technology in the bio-medical field. The irregularity of the outer structure of bone and the particularity of the bone tissue have resulted in the impossibility for the common forming methods in manufacturing the artificial bone. Forming arbitrary complex structure is the basic function of fused deposition modeling. However, due to the complexity of bone tissue, there are many problems in improving the forming accuracy. In this paper, some main factors which affect molding' s accuracy and efficiency have been summarized, for example scanning speed, extruding speed etc, and a brief discussion on how to improve the accuracy is presented.
