摘要
为满足用户对叶片复烤机造碎率指标的要求,KG234型叶片复烤机在标准设置的基础上对该设备进行了技术调整,以降低烟叶造碎率。内容包括:①优化机械结构;②采用不同的铺叶厚度和烘烤时间;③根据烟叶烘烤的工艺段采用不同的网面风速;④重新确定排潮、新风风门开度,控制水分散失的过程。结果表明:KG234型叶片复烤机经过技术调整后,测得的烟叶造碎率:上中等烟小于3百分点,下低等烟小于4百分点。该指标优于行业标准的规定,满足了用户的要求。
In order to reduce the strips breakage during redrying, KG234 strips redryer was fine adjusted after a normal setting, including: 1) optimizing mechanical structure; 2) varying thickness of tobacco layer and drying time; 3) adjusting the air velocity at apron surface according to the technological parameters at each drying section; 4) setting the opening of fresh air valve and exhaust valve to control the dissipation of moisture. The results showed that : the breakage rate of redried strips of high and middle grades was under 3% after improving, and that of low grade strips was below 4%.
