厚钢板的激光焊接实验研究

摘要 采用3kW横流CO_2激光器对不同厚度的钢板进行焊接实验,研究了激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量以及侧吹气流量对焊接质量的影响,并对焊接样品进行显微硬度分析和力学性能测试。实验结果表明:通过选择合适的焊接参数,能得到较为理想的焊缝,且焊区的显微硬度和抗拉强度都较基体有所提高,同时通过一定的处理,焊区同样还具有较好的韧性。 Cold-rolled steel with different thickness have been welded by 3kW power from TFD CO2 Laser in the experiment. The primary factors affected welding have been studied, for example,welding power, speed,defocusing parameter and flow parameter. Meanwhile, analyzed the microstructure and mechanical performance of welding workpieces. The results of the experiments showed that welding line are perfect when welding parameter are reasonable, the micro-hard and the resistant of welding zone are better than base plate, otherwise, the toughness of welding zone is perfect.
