摘要
简要介绍了微波的特性及其加热原理,并对煤在微波场下的除湿机理、特点和除湿效果进行了分析。与传统除湿方法相比,微波辐射能对物料具有选择性加热特点,可在一定程度上实现对煤的"体加热",也有可能在较低温度下完成煤的除湿过程,有利于保持煤的热性质和成焦性能,并且可部分脱除煤中有害元素。文章在前人工作的基础上综合分析了煤在微波除湿过程中的影响因素及其应用前景。
The paper introduced the characteristics and heating principle of microwave, it also made a briefly analysis ofdewatering principle and features of microwave application for coal. Compared with conventional dewatering method, microwave dewatering of coal was characteristic of selectivity, efficiency might achieve a certain degree of "body heating" for coal, it might also achieve moisture reduction for coal at relatively lower temperature for fear of weakening the coal' s coking and thermal properties, and during the same period it might removal some harmful elements from coal. Based on the research of predecessors, the article made a comprehensive analysis of application prospects of microwave dewatering and effects on coal.
