摘要
联合收割机的行走速度是影响其生产率和作业质量的重要因素,而喂入量又是决定行走速度的关键。为此,设计了一种基于喂入量的联合收割机行走速度自动控制系统,在阐述原理的基础上,介绍了系统的硬件构成及实现原理,给出了软件设计要点。该系统以单片机为控制核心,根据检测到的喂入量的大小信号实时控制收割机的行走速度,对其做出相应调整,使联合收割机的喂入量稳定在额定的范围内。
Walking velocity is an important factor of combine harvester's productivity and working quality,and feed quantity is the key to walking velocity of combine harvester.The paper developed an automatic control system of walking velocity on combine based on feed quantity.The principle and structure of hardware on the system is described detailedly after system theory is elucidated.Main points of software design are also offered.The control core of this system is a microcontroller,The system can control the walking velocity of combine synchronously according to the signal of feed quantity and make corresponding adjustment to walking velocity.So it can keep the feed quantity of combine in the rated range.
