摘要
脱粒是水稻收获工作的关键环节。由于刚性冲击作用,在脱粒过程中稻谷或多或少会受到损伤,这些损伤严重影响了以水稻为原料的后续产品加工及水稻种子生产,对其综合效益有着较大的负面影响。为此,对水稻脱粒损伤的研究现状进行了分析,对其调控方法进行了探讨,提出了作为一种新型脱粒方式,研究柔性脱粒有着现实的意义。
Paddy threshing is a key link in rice harvesting,it is unavoidable that the damnification of the rice occured in the process of the rice threshing as a result of an affection of a rigid impacting and it leads to a serious affluence in reprocessing to rice and rice seeds production and a great con-effect on the comprehensive benefit for rice production.so the research of the damaging causes in rice threshing is deeply concerned.In this paper it was analyzed on the basis of the situation of the development at home and abroad.and the controlling methods about threshing damnification will be worth further discussion and have the obvious significance.
