摘要
近年来社会各界对学校教育特别是教师道德素质的批评和指责越来越多,教师的道德和职业声望不断受到质疑。本文通过对教师道德内涵的探讨,对目前教师遭遇到的一些道德"两难"问题进行了具体的分析,并试图找出教师之所以陷入道德"两难"问题的原因。
More and more criticism on the defect of the school education and the teachers' moral quality can be heard recently, and the teachers' moral quality as well as the occupational prestige has been queried. By exploring the connotation of the teachers' moral quality, the paper has analyzed the moral "dilemma" that the teachers has encountered specifically, which tried to find out the cause that the teachers were led to the moral ‘dilemma' at present.
