摘要
通过对首都师范大学"双导师"人才培养模式的学习和研究,分析"双导师"培养模式对基础音乐教育与高师音乐教育共同携手发展的特殊意义,以及从音乐教育的本质特征看待"双导师"模式对当前音乐教育发展具有的价值与意义。
The "double- supervisor" training pattern of students is of great importance to the development ot music education both at the stage of elementary education and higher education. From the perspective of the nature of music education, the training pattern is of great importance to the present development of music education as well.
