摘要
中小学名校长培训要注重"学员中心"取向、发展性取向、"按需施教"取向、开发名校长以及名校资源的取向;实施课题研究培训模式、"自助餐"培训模式、网络培训模式、基地培训模式、"课题化、选择性、导师制"培训模式等多元互补培训模式。
The training of elementary and secondary school's famous president should focus on 4 value orientations : trainers as center, progressive, teaching on demand, motivation of famous president and resource ; and implement such multiple complementary training patterns as project-based research pattern, aid-yourself pattern, network training pattern, training in the base pattern, and projective-selective-tutorative model.
