摘要
吉林省教育部门非常重视和关心特殊教育,近些年不断完善特殊教育体系,不断提高特殊教育质量。但在进一步推进我省特殊教育事业向前发展方面,还面临着很多困难,存在许多问题。特殊教育发展尚不均衡,特殊教育办学条件、特教师资队伍的专业化水平、特殊教育学校的管理水平还需进一步提高。需要我们继续落实在科学发展观指导下统筹规划,加强领导,突出重点,抓好残疾儿童少年义务教育的巩固、提高工作;满足残疾人的教育需要;深化教育教学改革,全面提高特殊教育质量;加快特殊教育信息化进程,加大远程教育力度,以信息化带动特殊教育的现代化。
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the tenth five - year plan of special education, the government of Jilin province develops special education system continuously and improves the quality of special education ceaselessly. But thcre still exists many difficulties in the process of special education development such as the unbalanced development of special education, the relatively low levels of school - running conditions, teachers'professionalization and school management. Therefore, compulsory education for disabled children should be stabilized, special education system needs to be developed to meet educational needs of disabled people, educational reform needs to be deepened to improve the quality of special education, and the process of digitalized special education needs to be enhanced to give impetus to modernization of special education.
