摘要
考察了磷钨酸(H3PW12O40·XH2O)、对甲基苯磺酸、浓硫酸和HY型分子筛等四种催化剂对苯酚与邻烯丙基苯酚烷基化反应的影响,结果表明磷钨酸具有较好的催化活性和选择性。在磷钨酸催化下,控制适宜的反应条件,产物产率达75%,羟值467.4。产物经分离及红外光谱、核磁共振谱(H′-NMR)等方法测定,证明主要是1,2-二(2-羟基苯基)丙烷和1-(2-羟基苯基)-2-(4-羟基苯基)丙烷两种双酚的混合物,两种化合物在混合物中比例相近。
The effect of phospho-wolframic acid, toluene sulfonic acid, sulfuric acid and molecular seived HY as catalyst on alkylation from phenol with o-allyl phenol was investigated. The results showed that the catalytical activity and selectivity of phospho-wolframic acid is higher. When phospho-wolframic acid was used as catalyst, the yield of product is 75% and the hydroxyl value is 467.4 at appropriate condition. The product was separated and then determined by IR and H1-NMR. The product is mixture of 1,2-bis(2-hydroxy phenyl) propane and 1-(2-hydroxy phenyl)-2-(4-hydroxy phenyl) propane. The proportion of both compounds is approximately equal in the mixture. The mixture of bisphenols can be used to synthesise monomer of epoxy resin.
