摘要
用炭黑填充NBR/SBS制备导电复合材料。研究了复合材料的电阻率随温度变化的特性。讨论了炭黑填充率、炭黑性质以及SBS对复合材料电阻率—温度特性的影响。实验得出,使用中等结构和较大粒径炭黑(N550)制备的复合材料可获得一定强度的PTC(正温度系数)效应;
Some condurctive composite materials were prepared from carbon black(CB),nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)The Relationship between the resistivity of composites and the temperature has been studied in detail experimertal results show that some of these kinds of composite materials exhibit a positive temperature coefficient (PTC)cffect to some extent some influences,shch as the content of CB,the structure and characters fo CB as well as the content of SBS and its properties on the room temperature resistivity and PTC effects are investigated .
