摘要 介绍了太西洗煤厂在入洗原煤能力保持不变的前提下,在超低灰煤制备系统生产能力由0.5 Mt/a提升至1.0 Mt/a可行性研究过程中,通过块煤选前破碎工艺与选后破碎工艺的比较,最终确定系统扩能改造的工艺流程及设计原则。 This paper gives an account about the feasibility study on the production capacity expansion project for the extra low ash content coal preparation system from 0.5Mt/a to 1.0Mt/a under the prerequisite that raw coal feed rate remains unchanged in Taixi Coal Preparation Plant. On the basis of a comparison of lump coal crushing process to be done prior to or after preparation process, technical process and design principle for the production capacity expansion project is determined.
