摘要
4F传像系统广泛应用于光信息处理领域,对4F传像系统进行了研究,根据其设计原则和某微粒子观测试验的要求,应用ZEMAX软件设计了工作波长为694 nm,视场达到Φ80 mm的4F光学系统,并根据本光学系统轴向尺寸长、对空气扰动要求严格等特点完成了光机结构的设计。用目视显微镜法和全息法检测系统的分辨率结果表明:系统在视场为Φ50 mm的范围内分辨率优于4μm。
4F lens system is often used in optical signal processing system. Based on the design principles of 4F lens system and the requirements of some particles observation experiment, a 4F optical system with working wavelength 694 nm is designed using ZEMAX. The opto-mechanical structure is designed according to the features of the system. The test experiments, using visual microscope and holography, shows that the resolution of system is 4 μm in the field of φ 50 mm.
