摘要
采用MonteCarlo数值模拟方法对陶瓷材料Weibul模数点估计值m与断裂强度测试结果的变异系数cv之间的对应关系作出了定量的描述,进而提出了一种由cv直接确定陶瓷材料Weibul模数的简便方法.分析表明:由这一新方法所确定的Weibul模数点估计值m与由常规点估计方法获得的m之间在统计学意义上没有显著差异.
The relationship between the predicted value of Weibull modulus ( m ) and the variation coefficient of the measured strength ( c v) for ceramics is described quantitatively by Monte Carlo simulations. A simple method for determining Weibull modulus directly with c v is then presented. It is shown that there is no obvious difference statistically existed between the predicted Weibull values obtained with this new method ( m ) and those with the conventional prediction method ( m ).
