电连接器自动检测机的分析与改进设计

摘要 文章对限制电连接器自动检测机检测速率的因素进行了剖析,提出了提高检测速率的改进方案,对改进方案进行了软硬件设计,根据机器等距离运动的特点,在控制算法方面,设计了冲击和震动更小的三角函数S曲线,经过实验验证本改进方案能够在不影响检测质量的情况下,把检测速率由原来的30件/min,提高到40件/min,效率提高了33%。 This paper analyses the factors of restricting the detection rate of automatic dectction machine, then proposing the improving design and designing the hardware and software,according to the characteristics of the machine equidistant movement, in the control algorithm, designed a smaller shock and vibration of the s-curve using a trigonometric model, throughing the expertment ,the design could improve the detection rate from 30 per minute to 40 per minute in the same quality of detection. So improving efficiency by 33%.
