细胞因子在牵张成骨中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 牵张成骨术的分子机制,日益受到学者们的关注。目前的研究结果表明,在牵张成骨过程中多种细胞因子发挥着不同作用,且相互影响,调节着牵张区的血管化、基质矿化、骨重建等过程。本文就此方面的研究现状做一综述,并对细胞因子在牵张成骨的应用研究,进行展望。
