摘要
目的探讨超声检查亚急性甲状腺炎的声像图特征及对该病诊断和指导治疗的临床意义。方法对38例亚急甲状腺炎声像图及相应临床表现、血象变化和血清放射免疫情况进行分析。结果所有患者甲状腺内出现局限性低回声(局灶型)、融合性低回声(融合型)或局灶与融合型回声混合改变(混合型);局灶型(20例)只见低回声区周边有少许血流信号,融合型(11例)和混合型(7例)见低回声区内有少许血流信号,周边血流丰富;低回声病灶的多少、范围、血流变化与病情程度相一致。结论超声检查对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断和指导治疗具一定临床意义。
Objective To elucidate ultrasonography characterizing and value in the diagnosis And follow-up for patients with subacute thyroditis. Methods Thirty-eight consecutive patiensWith clinical,biochemical suspicion and serum assay of subacute thyroiditis were evaluated byUltrasonicscanning of the thyroid. Results All patients demonstrate reduction in thyroid Echogeni-City（hypoechogenicity）, incldingnodule （20）,diffuse （ 11 ）andmuhiple （7）hypoechogenicity.A few of Blood velocity was revealed around nodule,but The slightly increased vascularity and blood Velocity was observed in diffuse and multiple hypoechogenicity area and intense vascularity surroundin them.The number,volume,and vascularity of hypoechogenicity were depended on patient＇s follow-up. Conclusion ultrasonography has a useful supporting role in the diagnosis and follow-up of subacute thyroiditis.
