Pokemon与E2F1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:6

摘要 应用SP免疫组织化学方法检测Pokemon和E2F1两种蛋白在65例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及20例正常肺组织中的表达。结果发现,Pokemon、E2F1在NSCLC组织中阳性表达率均高于正常肺组织(P均<0.05);Pokemon的表达程度与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤的病理类型无关(P>0.05)。E2F1的表达与病理类型和TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);在NSCLC中Pokemon蛋白的表达与E2F1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.336,P<0.05)。认为Pokemon及E2F1可能共同参与了NSCLC发生、发展的过程,可作为判断NSCLC发生发展的有价值的指标。
