丙烯酸十八酯/醋酸乙烯酯二元共聚物的制备及其对含蜡原油的降凝效果 被引量:6

Preparation of Octadecyl Acrylate/Vinyl Acetate Copolymer and Its Pour Point Depression Functions for Waxy Crude Oils

摘要 以甲苯为溶剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了丙烯酸十八酯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物POA-VA,用差示扫描量热法测定了POA-VA的结晶开始温度、结晶高峰温度及结晶潜热。上述结晶参数值受合成时聚合溶液中单体质量分数(20%-50%)的影响较小,不受聚合温度(60-90℃)的影响,随OA、VA摩尔比的增大(1∶1-10∶1)和聚合时间的延长(1-8 h)而增大。用单体摩尔比不同的POA-VA以200 mg/L的剂量处理不同产地的含蜡原油时,凝点33℃的大庆原油降凝幅度仅为1-3℃,最大降幅出现在单体摩尔比为2∶1时;凝点17℃的长庆原油降凝幅度为3-14℃,随单体摩尔比增大而增大;凝点25℃的胜利原油降凝幅度为4-10℃,最大降幅出现在单体摩尔比为8∶1时。从降凝剂分子的极性、相对分子质量、原油组成等讨论了POA-VA的降凝效果。 The copolymerization of octadecyl acrylate and vinyl acetate in toluene solution to give copolymer POA-VA was studied and the onset and peak points and the latent heat of crystalization of POA-VA were determined by DSC method.These DSC crystalization characteristics were slightly influenced by monomers mass fraction in polymerizing mixture(20—50%),not influenced by polymerization temperature(60—90℃) and increased with increasing OA to VA molar ratio(MMR) from 1∶1 to 10∶1 and polymerization time from 1 to 8 hrs.Waxy crude oils(WCOs) of different occurance were treated by copolymer POA-VA of various MMR at dosage 200 mg/L and following results were obtained:for Daqing WCO of pour point(PP)=33℃ the PP depression was in range 1—3℃ with the largest value at MMR=2∶1;the PP depression of changqing WCO of PP=17℃ was in range 3—14℃ and increased with increasing MMR;the PP depression of Shengli WCO of PP=25℃ was in range 4—10℃ and went through a maxim at MMR =8∶1.The PP depression functions of copolymer POA-VA were discussed in terms of polarity and molar mass of PP depressants and composition of WCOs.
