摘要 以水培法研究了Pb2+、As3+对黄瓜种子萌发及生长的影响、确定了二者的毒害临界浓度,以比色法测定了4种防御酶活性。试验结果表明:Pb2+的毒害临界浓度范围为10~20 mg/L、As3+为1.5~2 mg/L。4种防御酶活性均高于对照,酶活变化趋势相似,但比较酶活性最大值,Pb2+处理比As3+处理的酶活性高。 In this paper, by means of hydroponic method, the effect of lead and arsenic pollution on the process of cucumber seedling germination and growth were studied;the critical toxic concentrations of the two were obtained and the activity of four protective enzymes were examined by colorimetry. The results showed that: the critical value of lead and arsenic toxicity concentration in nutrient solution were 10 -20 mg/L and 1.5 - 2 mg/L respectively. The activities of four defensive enzymes are higher than the control, with a similar trend. However, the maximum activity of the defensive enzymes were higher in the treatment of Pb^2+ than in As^3+ .
