摘要
在移动GIS的客户端解决方案中,目前有很多系统采用Java ME+SVG技术来解决地图显示,取得较好的效果。但由于在Windows CE上还没有通用的Java虚拟机,上述移动客户端解决方案存在一定的局限性。介绍一个可以运行于Windows CE、Palm OS、Symbian OS等嵌入式环境下的一个类Java虚拟机SuperWaba,对基于该平台的SVG地图显示技术作初步探讨,解决移动GIS客户端的跨平台问题。
The schema, which applies Java ME and SVG to map displaying in Mobile GIS, gains effects currently. While, because there isn＇t a common Java VM available in Windows CE, the schema mentioned above is not being used in large-scale. A Java-like virtual machine, SuperWaba, is introduced in this paper. It can run in Windows CE, Palm OS, Symbian OS and so on. The technology of SVG map display based on SuperWaba is discussed too. The schema can resolve the problem of cross-platform in Mobile GIS.
